iVault's dedicated “cold” site ensures that, in the event of a disruption, you have the required infrastructure to support your operations. We provide secure data center space and the necessary power and bandwidth to accept equipment that is shipped to us, or to power up equipment already stored in the cold site. iVault offers companies the ability to locate critical staff to an area within one of our operations centers in the event of an emergency at your primary facility. The Work Area Recovery space can accommodate a variety of different business needs, including standard work stations, trading floor seats, conference rooms and general office space.

Work Area Recovery is available on a dedicated or shared basis. A dedicated seat is always available to your company’s employees and can house pre-configured desktop computers. Dedicated space arrangements require no declaration fee and offer unlimited testing of the facility and the recovery process at any time.

Monthly Archiving Solutions
Some businesses want the extra added protection of off-site data backups for their critical data and/or their e-mail system. We can configure a special archive to run weekly, monthly or quarterly to archive the entire e-mail system to our secure data vault. Once there, it can be retained for a presubscribed amount of time.
